At VAIKUNYA, we carefully pack and inspect every order before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in proper condition.

1. Order Processing

* Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
* Orders are generally processed and dispatched within [5-7] business days.
* Customised or embroidered orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to the customer where applicable.
* Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive the available tracking details.

2. Delivery

* Delivery timelines depend on the customer's location and the courier service.
* VAIKUNYA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural events, strikes, incorrect/incomplete addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
* Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.
* Any additional delivery attempts or charges resulting from an incorrect address or customer's unavailability may be borne by the customer.

 3. Shipping Charges

* Applicable shipping charges will be displayed or communicated before order confirmation.
* Shipping charges, once incurred, may be non-refundable, including in cases where an eligible refund is processed, as specified in our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to record an unboxing video and contact VAIKUNYA immediately.

If the customer receives an incorrect garment or an order with a verified manufacturing/embroidery defect, the issue will be reviewed under VAIKUNYA's Return & Refund Policy.

5. Delivery Issues

If an order is marked as delivered but has not been received, or if there is a significant delivery issue, the customer must contact VAIKUNYA promptly so that the matter can be raised with the courier partner.

VAIKUNYA will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery-related issues but cannot guarantee outcomes controlled by third-party courier services.

 6. Important Note

By placing an order with VAIKUNYA, the customer agrees to this Shipping Policy along with the Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
